We are delighted to have you join us for the 14th ICCBMT at the Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, Netherlands. In the spirit of bringing together conference participants in a secluded, scientifically stimulating and socially interactive environment for 4 days (5 nights), all conference participants are expected to attend the full conference period (Sunday night Oct 22 to Friday morning Oct 27, 2023) and stay onsite.

Registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Dinner - Sunday, October 22

  • Gala Dinner at Koetshuis Castle Doorwert (including bus transport) Thursday, October 26

We realize the challenge of juggling a career/studies with parenting responsibilities can sometimes present a challenge when attending conferences. Therefore ICCBMT is pleased to announce the availability of supervised on-site childcare (with an attached room for nursing mothers) for participants at no charge during the conference.
