Travel Visa

Whether you need a visa to visit the Netherlands depends on your nationality.
NO VISA REQUIREMENT 

You do not require a visa if you are a national of:

  • European Union (EU) country

  • Liechtenstein

  • Norway

  • Iceland

  • Switzerland

  • Canada

  • USA

POSSIBLE VISA REQUIREMENT

or, use the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  Schengen Visa Advisor 
to see whether you need a visa or not

Even if you do not need a visa, you must still meet
CERTAIN CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO VISIT THE NETHERLANDS

If you require a visa, ensure you apply for it as early as possible!
 

Flights

You can fly into one of the following:

  1. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS)

  2. Düsseldorf Weeze Airport (NRN)

  3. Eindhoven Airport (EIN) 

 

From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS)          All pricing is approximate

Option 1: TRAIN

Train: Schiphol Airport to Utrecht Central Station to Arnhem Central Station (€20,60),

then Cab from Arnhem to Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek (approx €20) - total approx €41.

Buying Train Tickets:
You can buy tickets from the machines (even at the Schiphol baggage hall waiting for your luggage), the ticket office, but also online Trainline.

Option 2: Cab

Schiphol Airport directly to Hotel De Bilderberg in Oosterbeek

Sharing a cab from the airport directly to Oosterbeek may be an option if there are 2-3 of you (assuming the car can hold all suitcases)   ~ € 120.  Confirm pricing beforehand.
