We are delighted to have you join us for the 15th ICCBMT at Center Parcs Les Bois-Francs in Normandy, France. In the spirit of bringing together conference participants in a secluded, scientifically stimulating and socially interactive environment for 4 days (5 nights), all conference participants are expected to attend the full conference period (Sunday night Mar 21 to Friday morning Oct 26, 2027) and stay onsite.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • All registrations are subject to the Cancellation and Refund policy.

  • ICCBMT would like to encourage you to find a substitute to attend the conference in your place and/or present your abstract.

  • Since ICCBMT incurs administration and processing expenses associated with registration prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following if no replacement is found and it is necessary for you to cancel​​.​

  • Submit your request for cancellation to iccbmt.conference@gmail.com

Registrations cancelled …

  • more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00​

  • less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid

  • less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund
