At the same time you register, you will be able to make your online reservation for the combined hotel room/meal plan for Hotel De Bilderberg (no pre-payment is required but must be secured with a credit card). Partial stays are discouraged, and partial reservations will not be accepted (i.e. the full amount will be charged).  Consider also that a substantial number of Travel Awards for trainees will be allocated to offset the cost of attending this meeting. At the present moment, the hotel is looking into offering ICCBMT registrants a registration portal…further information will be available soon.

Attendees will be responsible for paying the mandatory Hotel Room/Meal Plan to the Hotel De Bilderberg upon checkout. Room price includes all meals with the exception of the Welcome Dinner & Gala Dinner (which are covered in Registration Fees). All rooms in each category are the same price. The following prices are in Euros.
