| The conference will be held at The Carefree Resort and Villas. A discounted rate of $125 per room (single or double occupancy) has been arranged, and will be the rate for those wishing to arrive up to 3 days before or depart 3 days after the conference. |
| During the conference, all meals and breaks, service/gratuity charges, and a discounted resort fee, will be added to the room fees. These charges total $131 per person. Please note the resort fee covers use of the Hotel's facilities, room internet access, parking, 24 hour fitness center, etc. |

Travel Awards
| ICCBMT will be giving a number of travel awards to new investigators, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students that will be based on the quality of submitted abstracts as assessed by the Scientific Advisory Board. Those wishing to be considered for a travel award must indicate as such on the Abstract Form, and submit a letter from their supervisor (for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows) or department head confirming status. Junior investigators within 7 years of final degree are eligible.
Notification of awards will be sent by June 1, 2010. Registration fees will be waived, and awards will be distributed at the Conference. Further information will be supplied at time of notification of award. |
