Poster Presentations
Poster boards will be 4 ft high x 8 ft wide. Push pins will be supplied.
All presenters will be asked to mount their posters during the day on Monday, Nov 8. There will be 3 separate evening poster sessions with assignments to specific sessions listed in the Program-Schedule. All posters will have to be removed on Weds evening after the 3rd Poster session.
Refreshments will be provided at the poster sessions. |

Registration

| The conference will be held at The Carefree Resort and Villas. A discounted rate of $125 per room (single or double occupancy) has been arranged, and will be the rate for those wishing to arrive up to 3 days before or depart 3 days after the conference. |
| During the conference, all meals and breaks, service/gratuity charges, and a discounted resort fee, will be added to the room fees. These charges total $131 per person. Please note the resort fee covers use of the Hotel's facilities, room internet access, parking, 24 hour fitness center, etc. |
